About the role

  • Reporting to the Director, Global Total Rewards
  • Counsels and coaches management in EU/International Markets on global compensation practices
  • Handle administer LivaNova equity plan
  • Support the development of any compensation, benefits and/or equity-related trainings and policies

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, accounting or a related discipline
  • a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role for a multinational company
  • Master’s degree and HR/Compensation or Benefits certification preferable
  • Compensation experience, particularly equity
  • some experience with executive compensation
  • Workday knowledge – preferred
