About the role
- Reporting to the Director, Global Total Rewards
- Counsels and coaches management in EU/International Markets on global compensation practices
- Handle administer LivaNova equity plan
- Support the development of any compensation, benefits and/or equity-related trainings and policies
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, accounting or a related discipline
- a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role for a multinational company
- Master’s degree and HR/Compensation or Benefits certification preferable
- Compensation experience, particularly equity
- some experience with executive compensation
- Workday knowledge – preferred
