About the role
- Provide effective technical and educational support to the sales team, contributing to sales objectives in 24 countries
- Contribute to the development and the execution of the sales strategy and sales target in the region
- Support the local sales force and customers in different countries in the region: product- and user-trainings, technical support, operating room presence and support, follow-up support etc.
- Develop a good level of clinical and technical expertise on VNS Therapy
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders in the region
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and support-functions to develop strategies and support the penetration of VNS Therapy in the assigned markets
- Act as a link between Livanova, the distributors, and customers in the assigned region
- Help to adapt programs and communication materials to meet local needs and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Drive and promote, in collaboration with the local sales team, the awareness of VNS therapy for drug-resistant epilepsy to support new business and to achieve the company´s objectives
- Ensure that all local regulatory and compliance laws are adhered to and implemented.
- Accurately complete all required trainings, reports and forecasts in line with the company policy and deadlines
Requirements
- Similar experience in biomedical engineering / sales / marketing
- High level of integrity, work ethic and tact
- Team spirit and an ability to work with remote colleagues
- Engaged: high work commitment and motivation. Showing perseverance and attention to detail
- Solution oriented: natural ability to respond to and control unexpected situations, and take initiatives to implement the best solution
- Structuring work: ability to add structure to a multitude of different tasks by making priority list and working systematically
- Organizing: ability to translate strategy into specific measurable objectives, draw up transparent plans, using right resources and taking the necessary steps to avoid obstacles

- Strong appetite for technical products and the world of health
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, Polish language to support the direct Polish team and market
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Driving license necessary.
