About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive media strategy focused on efficiency and business impact
- Prioritize channels, campaigns and audiences based on results
- Lead campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels
- Manage partner agency with a focus on quality and speed of execution
- Monitor budget, pacing and performance
- Continuously optimize landing pages, forms and user journeys
- Design and implement A/B tests and incremental improvements
- Collaborate closely with Content, CRM, Data and Sales teams
- Ensure performance is measured by real business impact (not just media metrics)
- Track metrics such as CAC, CPL, conversion and lead quality
- Translate data into decisions and action plans
- Coordinate internal team and external partners
- Establish processes, rituals and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
- Strong business acumen (media → revenue)
- Analytical mindset with practical problem-solving
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams/functions
- Test-and-learn mentality and commitment to continuous improvement
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with paid media and campaign optimization
- Experience with funnel optimization, CAC and growth metrics
- Experience with CRO (landing pages, forms, testing)
- Experience interfacing with Sales, CRM, Content or Data teams
