About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, organize and execute internal marketing (endo-marketing) and organizational culture rituals, promoting engagement actions and strengthening the employee experience;
- Develop and implement internal communications, ensuring clarity, alignment and reach of institutional messages;
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, providing a welcoming and structured integration experience;
- Support the organization of internal events, recognition campaigns, commemorative dates and other culture initiatives;
- Serve employees by providing support for People-related requests;
- Prepare executive presentations, reports and metrics to support leadership decision-making;
- Support strategic processes and projects in the People and Management area, contributing to continuous improvement of practices and initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related fields;
- Previous experience with endomarketing, internal communications, organizational culture or People & Management areas;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects;
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially presentations and spreadsheets;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assist employees;
- Proactive, creative and execution-oriented profile;
- Experience organizing corporate events and engagement campaigns;
- Experience developing and monitoring HR metrics;
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to communication, productivity or people management.
