About the role

  • Manage and maintain relationships with Departments of Education on high-impact contracts
  • Present content, results, and proposals to diverse audiences within school networks
  • Monitor and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and strategic recommendations
  • Understand and monitor public sector administrative processes, ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Actively contribute to expansion by identifying and prospecting new municipal and state Departments of Education
  • Support program implementation by tracking timelines, deliverables, and facilitating communication between internal teams
  • Demonstrate program impact using pedagogical, operational, and socioemotional indicators.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including leading strategic meetings with managers and technical teams
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting indicators, dashboards, and data to support decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams (product, pedagogical, operations)
  • Previous experience in client relations, account management, or the public sector
  • Experience with educational programs, instructional materials, or socioemotional projects
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, public tenders, or specific public contracting procedures
