About the role
- Supervise multiple centers and provide leadership and coaching to Executive Directors.
- Ensure and enforce child-to-teacher ratio compliance, safety, education regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare schools for licensure visits and communicate with licensors; ensure monthly fire drills and inspections are completed.
- Administer the Company's 360 Quality Audit and review cleaning and facilities checklists.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, resource allocation, classroom supplies, and support school ratios.
- Lead licensing, furnishing, opening, hiring, and training for school growth and acquisitions.
- Supervise regional and school budgets, support EDs in projections, meet EBITDA and revenue goals, and manage financial reporting and expenses.
- Support regional and school marketing outreach, enrollment, and staffing; conduct weekly enrollment calls and collaborate with Sales and Marketing.
- Develop and sustain staff succession plans, complete annual performance appraisals with EDs, and implement retention and onboarding strategies.
- Plan and conduct monthly ED and AD meetings, attend leadership meetings, pursue staff professional development, and model outstanding leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Education or related field (Master's preferred).
- Director certified according to State Regulations.
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership in organizations in continuous transformation.
- Must possess a driver's license (in good standing) and reliable transportation.
- Travel to multiple schools across Merrimack Valley, Southern New Hampshire, Metrowest, South Shore, and Home Office in Lawrence, MA; ability to work remotely.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, especially in relationship-building and management.
- Team player with a flexible, collaborative approach and ability to advocate for others.
- Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multi-unit operations.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full-Time schedule that may include weekends and nights as needed.
- Master all platforms such as CRM, ProCare, and Lever to support enrollment and hiring efforts.
