About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create detailed project plans outlining timelines, resource needs, risk mitigation strategies, and key milestones
  • Use Asana to track progress and keep projects on schedule
  • Oversee weekly launches, driving timely asset approval and delivery to key teams
  • Continuously refine processes to support seamless execution
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market process for product and campaign launches, from initial planning through post-launch analysis
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and information gathering from product, design, and merchandising teams
  • Host go-to-market kickoffs and manage circulation of launch strategy and product information through release overview decks
  • Partner with Design, Brand, Creative, Growth, and eCommerce teams to align goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across stakeholders to drive progress
  • Coordinate omnichannel marketing initiatives across direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and future wholesale opportunities
  • Own licensing marketing submissions and approvals for licensing partners
  • Maintain organized project workflows in Asana and track deadlines, responsibilities, and progress
  • Evaluate production workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
  • Identify and quickly solve potential roadblocks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced marketing, e-commerce, or content-driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience championing process improvements through problem-solving
  • Knowledge of creative workflows and content production pipelines
  • Exceptional organization and clear, effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Asana/project management tools
  • Must be located in the United States
