Customer Success Manager

• Deliver engaging live and recorded training sessions for clinical trial site staff and end users.
• Deliver product demonstrations and walkthroughs tailored to different user roles.
• Help maintain and improve training materials and recorded resources to support consistent onboarding.
• Ensure site staff feel confident using the platform following training.
• Maintain regular engagement with site staff to gather feedback and address queries.
• Help identify opportunities to improve site engagement and product usage.
• Provide support for site staff and partner queries, including basic troubleshooting.
• Document bugs, usability issues, and customer feedback clearly for internal teams.
• Work with Delivery, Product, Commercial and Ops team to support customer outcomes.
• Share insights with Product, Delivery, and Commercial teams.
• Support Delivery Managers with training materials and implementation activities where required.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and product adoption.
• Provide light touch support for off the shelf renewals of our healthcare / community product.
• Provide limited operational support in cases of product issues or defects, escalating internally as required.

Customer Success Manager – FTC

Account Executive

• Drive new business acquisition, meeting or exceeding an annual revenue target of £1.5M+ in new sales, through structuring and negotiating multi-year, multi-trial contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting (with support from marketing) to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring seamless handoff to our delivery team for implementation.
• Engage senior decision-makers in pharmaceutical and biotech companies through a thought-leadership approach, positioning our platform as a key solution for clinical trial engagement and patient retention.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with R&D, clinical operations, and procurement teams in pharma and biotech.
• Manage your pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and deal tracking.
• Work closely with Product, Science, and Tech teams, ensuring client insights shape our product roadmap and evidence strategy.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitor positioning, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Senior Account Executive

Full-stack Engineer

• Deliver features end-to-end: definition, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Work closely with Product and Design during the definition phase to shape problems, explore options, and design practical solutions before implementation with clear documentation for technical design & decisions
• Break down ambiguous product problems into clear technical approaches, risks, assumptions, and implementation paths
• Contribute to technical discovery, produce lightweight architecture/design documents, and story shaping before delivery begins
• Refine stories collaboratively with the squad, helping break work down into clear deliverable subtasks and technical milestones
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs that support core product workflows, scalable APIs and data access patterns for mobile and web applications
• Implement and maintain automated testing including acceptance tests, unit tests, and integration tests
• Ensure applications and services are observable, maintainable, and safe to operate in production
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and operational improvements
• Participate in code reviews, incident learning, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement
