About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow key focus accounts across the UK & Ireland
- Identify customer projects and turn them into new business and revenue opportunities
- Work closely with distribution partners to drive engagement, pipeline, and share of wallet
- Drive design wins across multiple Littelfuse technologies (Protection, Switches, Power Semiconductors, etc.)
- Manage opportunities from early identification through to revenue realization
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal teams
- Travel extensively across the region to stay close to customers and partners
- Collaborate with global and regional Littelfuse teams to execute account strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry
- Strong background in Key Account Management, ideally with multinational customers
- Experience working with or coming from distribution is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of the electronics market in the UK & Ireland region
- Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Energetic, proactive, and confident personality – someone who enjoys being on the move
- Degree in electronics or similar is preferred, but relevant experience can fully replace formal education
- Fluent English required
