About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as focal point for all quality-related customer communications
Serve as the voice of the customer to internal team
Lead customer-facing quality discussion including issue resolution and quality reviews
Establish and deploy global customer quality standards
Collect customer specific requirements and support execution
Facilitate Product change management (PCN) to meet customer requirements
Work with factories to organize and facilitate customer audits
Support business reviews, new business opportunities
Prepare and present quality performance summaries
Lead the development and execution of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline including Electrical Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronic, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical
10+ years in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing principles and processes
Knowledge of complex electrical or mechanical assemblies
Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO9000, IATF16949 / VDA, ISO13485
Knowledge of 8D problem solving, requirements management, change management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge of executing safe launch procedures and product/process transfer activities
Advanced knowledge in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a high-pressure environment
Up to 50% travel
