About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Drive multi-technology demand creation NBO’s promoting the entire portfolio.
- Align with Global teams to convert NBO’s into revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide insight on new products needed by key customer segment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and counterparts globally to ensure share capture and seamless delivery of products and services globally.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience
- Proven experience in key account management within the Aerospace, Defense, Space (ADS) industry for North America.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
