About the role

  • Own and manage the product line strategy, including P&L responsibility and pricing authority.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to build strategic direction and business cases.
  • Drive successful New Product Introduction (NPI), roadmap execution, and product positioning in all key regions.
  • Lead key business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions.
  • Oversee global go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Channel, and Marcom teams.
  • Contribute to building a world-class product management organization by aligning best practices and driving continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s and/or MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in the electronics industry.
  • Minimum 7–10 years in product marketing or product management roles.
  • Strong track record in strategic planning, market mapping, and launching new products.
  • Skilled in working with engineering concepts and discussing technical details with customers.
  • Experience with global pricing, inventory management, and sales execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across functions.
  • Proven success working in matrix and cross-functional environments.
  • Able to travel globally ~40% as needed.
