About the role
- Own and manage the product line strategy, including P&L responsibility and pricing authority.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to build strategic direction and business cases.
- Drive successful New Product Introduction (NPI), roadmap execution, and product positioning in all key regions.
- Lead key business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions.
- Oversee global go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Channel, and Marcom teams.
- Contribute to building a world-class product management organization by aligning best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s and/or MBA is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in the electronics industry.
- Minimum 7–10 years in product marketing or product management roles.
- Strong track record in strategic planning, market mapping, and launching new products.
- Skilled in working with engineering concepts and discussing technical details with customers.
- Experience with global pricing, inventory management, and sales execution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across functions.
- Proven success working in matrix and cross-functional environments.
- Able to travel globally ~40% as needed.
