About the role
- Lead a blended team of engineers focused on cloud and Salesforce development, providing guidance, mentoring, and career development
- Drive technical solutions: data modeling, defining APIs, designing classes, challenging and documenting overall solution design
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
- Continuously improve development processes and methodologies, adopting best practices and agile principles
- Work with AWS Architect to ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and cost-optimized AWS infrastructure
- Become a subject matter expert in the Salesforce development environment
- Ensure successful planning, implementation, and management of product roadmap leveraging Salesforce and AWS infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years hands-on development experience
- At least 2 years of experience developing in an AWS (or similar) or Salesforce
- 1+ years of ML or Generative AI experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in a software engineering leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with Salesforce software development (nice-to-have)
- Ability to function in an agile software development lifecycle
- Hands-on, focused, productive and team-oriented work style
