About the role
- Develop a comprehensive functional and technical understanding of the core solutions offered by Litify, with a focus on our AI tools
- Develop and deliver instructional content and live training events for implementation partners and internal resources focused on configuration
- Develop and deliver customized training programs for end users and system administrators based on the unique needs of each client org
- Review product documentation to determine gaps and create plan for external and internal facing documentation
- Develop and maintain onboarding and certification programs for clients and partners
- Assist in configuring, monitoring, and evolving an LMS
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce and demonstrated technical aptitude with Salesforce
- Experience working with AI tools
- Experience creating technical documentation and job aides
- Experience delivering live training (virtual and/or in person)
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication with experience making presentations to major stakeholders
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a SaaS product (or similarly complex product)
- Flexibility to travel with limited notice up to 25% of the time
