About the role
- Focus on developing in the Salesforce ecosystem and write scalable and maintainable frontend Javascript and backend Apex
- Assist with the design, analysis, development, implementation, and deployment of new data-driven applications
- Work closely with Product Managers for scoping and roadmap discussions
- Mentor junior developers
- Design complex solutions based on product requirements
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge bases
- Function in an agile software development lifecycle and work in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with full stack development
- 2+ years experience working in a Salesforce environment using LWC, Apex, General Security Practices
- A drive to continue to improve your skill set and take on more challenging projects
- A willingness to help educate and grow teammates
- An ability to effectively communicate with peers in Engineering and Product
- Experience working with engineering AI tooling such as Github co-pilot, cursor or claude code
- Node.js experience (nice-to-have)
- Serverless architecture on AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) (nice-to-have)
- Salesforce certifications (nice-to-have)
- Containerized applications (nice-to-have)
- CI/CD experience (nice-to-have)
