About the role
- Design and develop AI-enabled platforms and features directly integrated into the Litify Practice Management platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Contribute to the automated accuracy assessment for ongoing testing and improvement of AI models.
- Work with Anthropic Claude LLMs within a closed AI ecosystem via Amazon Bedrock.
- Ensure client data remains in a private, walled-off cloud environment and is not used to train broader models.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and QA to refine scope, validate acceptance criteria, and establish technical solutions within our SCRUM workflow.
- Provide technical expertise and business acumen to deliver best-in-class technology solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building scalable software solutions and integrating enterprise platforms.
- Strong background in technical architecture and solution engineering.
- Proficiency in AI, Node, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, ExtJS, Spring Boot.
- Experience with Salesforce solutioning, data analytics, and infrastructure modernization.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Langfuse, Langchain, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Reactjs, HTML CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Langfuse, Langchain.
- Preferred: Experience in the legal domain.
- Preferred: A proven record of simplifying technology adoption for both technical and non-technical audiences.
