About the role
- At Litify, we’re revolutionizing the Legal industry by being the platform powering legal’s top performers; deliver an all-in-one legal operating solution for law firms and legal departments
- Remote Solution Architect role within Professional Services for Litify (Salesforce-based SaaS legal platform)
- Own the successful end-to-end implementation of Litify for new customers and technical solutions for post-onboard projects
- Serve as the primary technical client-facing contact and translate complex technical topics to business stakeholders
- Operate as product expert and trusted advisor, guiding customers with industry and product best practices
- Gather requirements, translate into actionable technical requirements, design/build declarative Salesforce applications, and partner with internal development and data migration teams
- Partner with Litify Product, Engineering and QA teams to provide and facilitate customer feedback and pain points
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience of Salesforce consulting, completing Salesforce implementations and/or experience managing complex projects on the Salesforce.com platform
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Experience with Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills, are diligent, have an eagerness to learn and excel in a high-paced environment, are constantly thinking about how we can continuously improve the platform, pay attention to the details, care about serving customers and delivering a great product, and most importantly are resourceful and enjoy problem solving
- Willing to travel when needed (~10%)
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or other Salesforce certifications
- Experience working for or with law firms or the legal industry (big plus)
- Knowledge of managed packages for Salesforce regarding CTIs/Phone System Integrations
- Knowledge of managed packages for Salesforce regarding E-Signature Solutions (Ex: Docusign, Assuresign, AdobeSign)
- Knowledge of managed packages for Salesforce regarding Document Generation and Document Management Solutions (Ex: SpringCM)
- Knowledge of managed packages for Salesforce regarding Marketing Integrations (Ex: Marketo, Pardot)
- Salesforce development experience
- Experience working at other Salesforce ISVs
- Trailhead Ranger badge
