The Solution Engineer (Sales Engineer/Solution Consultant) is responsible for presenting product offerings in a value-driven way to prospects and customers, removing technical objections in pre-sales efforts.
Support sales team by identifying, quantifying, and capturing Litify’s value proposition and best solution.
Build and demonstrate the Litify platform aligned with customer needs.
Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients alongside sales.
Engage internal and external stakeholders via demos and presentations.
Configure Salesforce for custom demonstrations and enhance standard demos.
Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
Answer RFPs effectively.
Ability to travel domestically (1-2x per month).
Requirements
- Salesforce Platform Experience
Experience selling Salesforce solutions or implementing Salesforce
Proficient in building Salesforce Flows
B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required
Database and/or SQL Experience
Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments
