About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, team members, and external partners
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive priorities
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and event logistics
- Draft and edit professional correspondence, emails, and business communications
- Organize executive meetings, team events, and business dinners/lunches
- Assist with office operations, including supply management and administrative support
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep priorities moving forward
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older required
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Active listening skills and a customer-service mindset
- Outstanding time management and follow-through
- Experience supporting leaders, managing calendars, coordinating travel, or handling executive-level administrative responsibilities is a plus
- Must work in a drug-free workplace
