About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process vehicle inventory transactions and post accounting entries for purchases submitted by Driveway hub locations
  • Review, verify, and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records across multiple systems
  • Process daily customer equity payments, including ACH and check requests
  • Manage lien payoff transactions and ensure timely, accurate processing
  • Compile, analyze, and summarize data to support reporting and operational decision-making
  • Perform quality audits to identify discrepancies, resolve errors, and improve data accuracy
  • Research and reconcile exceptions while maintaining detailed documentation
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with spreadsheets, validating data, and reconciling information
  • Ability to review large volumes of data and identify discrepancies quickly and accurately
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Experience navigating multiple systems and software applications simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-4 years of administrative, operations, accounting support, or data-processing experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
