About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze account balances and investigate routine variances and discrepancies.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including external reporting activities.
  • Apply accounting policies and procedures to routine and moderately complex transactions.
  • Assist with researching accounting guidance and documenting accounting conclusions.
  • Prepare and maintain supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and U.S. GAAP.
  • Support the preparation of financial reporting schedules and disclosures.
  • Assist internal and external auditors by providing supporting documentation and responding to requests.
  • Maintain organized accounting records and support schedules.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • 1–4 years of accounting experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both
  • Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting analyses
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment.
