About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understanding of retail marketing planning to support store performance and growth in partnership with the RMOs and Store Leaders
  • Take personal ownership for timely / effective project delivery from idea to execution
  • Foster and strengthen OEM relationships at the local levels by aligning retail sales promotion in a timely manner to drive customer satisfaction and store loyalty
  • Collaborate with partners and other PMs to ideate and deliver on strategic business initiatives that align with customer loyalty goals
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or issues
  • Develop project scope and deliverables, ensure resource availability and allocation, and facilitate project-related team meetings as needed to champion a customer-forward approach
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications
  • Deliver progress reports and status updates to stakeholders to ensure effective communication is maintained
  • Promote the alignment and integration of key company initiatives and strategies, including leveraging internal solutions, serving as a resource for RMOs and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Project Management or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of the automotive industry, dealership operations, and automotive project management preferred
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Project Management Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis to drive innovative solutions
