About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understanding of retail marketing planning to support store performance and growth in partnership with the RMOs and Store Leaders
- Take personal ownership for timely / effective project delivery from idea to execution
- Foster and strengthen OEM relationships at the local levels by aligning retail sales promotion in a timely manner to drive customer satisfaction and store loyalty
- Collaborate with partners and other PMs to ideate and deliver on strategic business initiatives that align with customer loyalty goals
- Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or issues
- Develop project scope and deliverables, ensure resource availability and allocation, and facilitate project-related team meetings as needed to champion a customer-forward approach
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications
- Deliver progress reports and status updates to stakeholders to ensure effective communication is maintained
- Promote the alignment and integration of key company initiatives and strategies, including leveraging internal solutions, serving as a resource for RMOs and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Project Management or equivalent experience
- Understanding of the automotive industry, dealership operations, and automotive project management preferred
- Experience using Google Analytics, Project Management Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis to drive innovative solutions
