About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, ROI) to support acquisition and divestiture decisions
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations based on financial and market analysis
- Support financial and operational due diligence, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct market, brand, and demographic research to inform growth strategy and market planning
- Assist with acquisition data integration, including reconciliation of financial statements and trial balances
- Contribute to capital projects, add-point analysis, and other corporate development initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
- Curiosity and drive to quickly understand LAD’s business model and acquisition strategy
