About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support execution of GreenCars campaigns, content initiatives, dealership programs, and partner activations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership and retail teams to support program adoption
- Partner with marketing, sales, CRM, and retail teams to support lead generation and lead management efforts
- Assist with planning and execution of events and activations, including logistics, lead capture, and follow-up
- Support GreenCars.com content and communications across digital channels
- Track program performance and support reporting on campaign and activation results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, events, CRM, or retail/dealership operations
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management, and performance reporting preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting campaigns, activations, or event execution preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (not required)
