About the role
- Lead complex, high-impact product initiatives across digital, online sales, and dealership platforms
- Drive strategic product roadmaps aligned to business goals and customer needs
- Mentor and guide product managers, fostering development, accountability, and high performance
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product solutions
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Establish and scale product management frameworks to improve delivery and team efficiency
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and adjust strategy to optimize outcomes
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and informed decision-making
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex products with meaningful business impact
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other product managers
- Strong product acumen with the ability to influence technical, design, and leadership stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and handle sensitive information with discretion
