💰 $20 - $21 per hour
About the role
- Handle inbound phone calls from customers in a Call Center environment while delivering quality service
- Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests
- Educate and counsel customers on policy terms and cancellation process
- Maintain and ensure accurate, up-to-date customer account information
- Place outbound calls as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Previous telephone customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software
- Ability to provide courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service both in person and on the telephone
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication
- PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
- Must be drug free (drug free workplace)
