About the role
- Collaborate with store management and executive leadership to design compensation plans that:
- Support company and dealership goals
- Motivate employees to exceed performance expectations
- Attract, retain, and reward high-performing talent
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Conduct thorough analysis of:
- Pay plan effectiveness using historical and recent performance data
- Staffing levels and productivity to manage payroll expenses
- Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and performance metrics to identify compensation opportunities
- Present data-driven recommendations clearly to leaders at all levels
- Contribute to compensation department projects, reporting, and analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in compensation or HR analytics a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
