About the role
- Process, research, and organize a variety of payments across the Lithia & Driveway network
- Perform daily treasury and financial accounting tasks with precision and consistency
- Manage electronic funds movement and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Investigate and resolve banking and corporate financial issues
- Prepare journal entries for bank account and intercompany transactions
- Reconcile dealership bank statements; record accurate entries and adjustments
- Review and resolve errors on bank fee and analysis statements
- Communicate clearly with dealerships on Treasury and banking-related activities
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities
- Provide research and support for banking inquiries including chargebacks and reconciliations
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed
- Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Treasury, Finance, or Accounting-related role
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
- Working knowledge of treasury and financial accounting principles
- Excellent written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills
- High level of curiosity, accountability, and time management
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Experience with Kyriba is a plus, but not required
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
- Must be able to work in a drug free workplace
