💰 $80,000 - $95,000 per year
About the role
- Responsible for the successful implementation of our legal practice management software (PMS) to customers
- Acts as subject matter expert on the financial operations of a legal services business
- Oversees PMS migrations and provides signoff/approval prior to go live
- Advises the Support team in relation to legal finance issues as appropriate
- Engages with new and existing customers to maximize usage and value of our legal practice management software
Requirements
- Previous significant experience implementing software solutions into law firms or other regulatory environments
- Understands and has demonstrated previous success in a Consultancy role
- Significant experience and knowledge of financial processes and systems
- Ability to identify, prioritize and manage the closing of gaps in delivery and post-delivery processes
- Understanding of Peppermint software functionality (advanced)
- Degree level qualification (ideally business or technology related) or equivalent relevant experience
