Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects
Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners
Assess learner progress and adapt instruction based on varying skill levels
Provide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners
Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Stay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content
Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required
Salesforce certifications required: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant, Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
Strong understanding of: Data models and subscriber management, Content creation and dynamic personalization, Marketing automation and journey orchestration, Campaign analytics, Deliverability (Sender Authentication Package, IP/domain warming, etc.)
Proficient with SQL (can write complex queries without the use of AI)
Proficient with AMPscript (can write code blocks without the use of AI)
Experience working with other Salesforce products (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, etc.)
