About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the evolution of Lirio’s platform foundation for enterprise healthcare consumer engagement
  • Lead intelligent decisioning, orchestration capabilities, and enterprise ecosystem integrations
  • Envision, articulate, and deliver platform strategy and product bets
  • Engage customers and stakeholders, monitor regulatory and policy developments, and participate in industry forums to shape product strategy
  • Evaluate information across sources and prioritize competing demands using systems thinking and evidence-based trade-offs
  • Own decisioning and orchestration products that deliver coordinated, personalized interventions through existing client channels
  • Own the healthcare integration layer, including EHR, HIE, CRM, digital experience platform, and content management system integrations
  • Lead partner-platform integration delivery by assessing technical fit and defining and prioritizing requirements
  • Define product requirements for data flows, event-driven workflows, identity, consent, and analytics
  • Make product and architectural trade-offs with Engineering and keep the platform reliable, interoperable, extensible, and scalable
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success
  • Build consensus among senior stakeholders and align competing priorities around platform outcomes
  • Serve as a senior product voice with clients, partners, and executives
  • Mentor and coach product managers
  • Define and monitor product metrics tied to adoption, operations, engagement, health outcomes, and revenue opportunities
  • Embed healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise platforms, integrations, or technically sophisticated products
  • Demonstrated success setting strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, navigating product and architectural trade-offs, and delivering scalable capabilities
  • Proven track record leading complex platform initiatives from discovery through delivery with measurable impact
  • Strong product fundamentals: discovery, requirements definition, outcomes-driven prioritization, success metrics, and data-informed validation
  • Strong systems thinking and rigorous decision-making across interconnected platforms, data, and integrations
  • Proven ability to set technical product direction across multiple teams and influence without direct authority
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in healthcare platforms, interoperability, or applied AI
  • Comfortable understanding system architecture, integration patterns, data models, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical constraints; production coding is not required
  • Skilled negotiation and stakeholder alignment
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Understanding of the healthcare market and buyers, partner/platform integrations, healthcare data and regulatory requirements, and experience in healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, life sciences, AI/ML products, HIPAA, PHI/ePHI, regulated environments, or startups are preferred rather than required
  • Preferred technical experience may include REST APIs, Model Context Protocols, FHIR, HL7, EHR, pharmacy or claims data, cloud-based and event-driven platforms, data pipelines, reporting, experimentation, measurement, identity, consent, privacy, preference management, scalability, reliability, observability, and security
