About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide essential support to Project Managers across Industrial, BioPharma, and Energy verticals.
- Act as central point of communication between clients, buyers, and sellers.
- Engage with clients to gather necessary project information, request photos, and obtain specific project details.
- Coordinate with buyers to facilitate removal of purchased assets, track removal progress, and support seller settlement process.
- Expedite asset removals through clear email communication, confirm removal instructions, and send daily follow-up reminders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory
- Equipment and technical asset experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical specs
- Incredible attention to detail and relentless follow-up
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to use internal systems for communication (Teams, Dialpad, etc.)
