About the role
- Support clients’ need to document and inventory surplus asset equipment
- Load data into proprietary auction system for online sale
- Execute lifecycle of surplus asset project from identification to removal
- Manage coordination and communication with internal functions and client stakeholders
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field) or Vocational Degree is preferred, but can be supplemented by work experience in the Energy Industry
- 3+ years of experience in a self-directed and initiative driven work environment
- Direct applicable experience in the Energy Industry is desirable
- Logistics and supply chain management experience is desirable
- Advanced level proficiency in Excel, Word, and operational database
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented; accurate and timely
- Ability to handle multiple conflicting deadlines
- Must be reliable with tasks and attendance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems
- Available for occasional travel of 1 to 5 days, with limited notice
