💰 $110,000 - $125,000 per year

About the role

  • Develop packaging design concepts for all categories within the LD portfolio
  • Manage the entire packaging design process, from initial concept through to final production
  • Continuously evaluate, improve and update existing packaging design and its process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development
  • Support all packaging projects outside of LD bev

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of relatable packaging design experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite required, 3D modeling software preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of packaging production processes, legal regulations, materials, and sustainability best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a passion for packaging design and innovation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to work west coast hours
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
