Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound/B2B sales experience
  • You want to close deals, not just book meetings
  • Proactive and structured
  • KPI-driven, resilient, and ambitious
  • You enjoy delivering results and earning money for it
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment and remotely
  • Willingness to travel within the EU
  • German: C2
  • Ideally, you have prior sales experience in the medical sector
