About the role
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, including job architecture, salary ranges, bonus programs, and long-term incentives
- Oversee annual merit and bonus cycles
- Work closely with the Finance team to manage the quarterly headcount forecasting process
- Lead annual market benchmarking studies
- Support the CHRO in the preparation of materials for senior executive and the Board’s Compensation Committee
- Stay current on trends and legislative changes related to compensation programs
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in compensation leadership role
- Strong knowledge of compensation design & incentive programs
- Excellent communicator and problem solver
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- A college degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field is required, and CCP designation is strongly preferred.
