About the role

  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, including job architecture, salary ranges, bonus programs, and long-term incentives
  • Oversee annual merit and bonus cycles
  • Work closely with the Finance team to manage the quarterly headcount forecasting process
  • Lead annual market benchmarking studies
  • Support the CHRO in the preparation of materials for senior executive and the Board’s Compensation Committee
  • Stay current on trends and legislative changes related to compensation programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in compensation leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of compensation design & incentive programs
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • A college degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field is required, and CCP designation is strongly preferred.
