About the role
- Overall monitoring of quarter closes to ensure timely SEC report filing
- Key leader on finance and accounting projects
- Assist with acquisition accounting and integration
- Directly responsible for intercompany accounts, eliminations, and royalties
- Assist Financial Planning and Analysis and Tax Department with information requests
- Signatory on majority of company bank accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 10+ years of total relevant work experience
- Systems design and implementation experience
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Very strong Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and executive levels
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- CPA license desired
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Public Accounting experience desired
