About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contract negotiations as well as price negotiations with providers and service partners (collaborators)
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their assignments and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows
Together we help them work with a future-focused mindset and create new opportunities beyond their role as artists

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a strong sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
