About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You assist in coordinating our in-house talent
  • You help source new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
  • You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and pricing negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
  • You support the Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help bring these to life
  • You act as the liaison between talents and our partners, plan their engagements, and ensure their well-being
  • You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency)
  • Interest in and a strong sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
  • Confident working with all major social media platforms and online communities
  • Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • High creativity and motivation
  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
