About the role
- You support the coordination and liaison with our in-house talents
- You assist in sourcing new collaboration partners, create new proposals and handle incoming inquiries
- You develop your negotiation skills on contracts as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
- You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to bring these to life
- You act as the interface between talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their wellbeing
- You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
- Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
- Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
- Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- High creativity and motivation
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
