About the role

  • Open and track tickets throughout their entire lifecycle, from creation to closure (submissions via email, WhatsApp, and phone).
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone support.
  • Update ticket statuses according to the product SLA.
  • Escalate and engage other departments to progress and resolve tickets.
  • Support the team with urgent requests.
  • Perform tests and validations required to close tickets.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in telephone support, both outbound and inbound.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Enjoy working in a team and in a mission-critical environment.
  • Experience with ticketing and case-management tools, e.g., Salesforce.
  • Motivated to begin a career in IT, as we are a technology-focused company.
