About the role

  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and document client or stakeholder requirements for business projects. This may involve interviews, meetings, and document analysis.
  • Process Analysis: Map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Business Modeling: Develop business models to visually represent how an organization operates and how it can be improved.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and execute UAT to ensure systems or solutions meet end-user needs.
  • Implementation Support: Assist the team with solution implementation.
