About the role

  • Production of visual assets for internal initiatives and engagement projects;
  • Support in preparing the internal newsletter;
  • Copywriting for notices and campaigns requested by other departments;
  • Creation and publication of content for the internal social network (Viva Engage);
  • Support in organizing and broadcasting live events and culture rituals;
  • Liaison with internal departments to align briefings and requests;
  • Support in the operational stages of campaigns, programs, and engagement projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Design
  • Experience producing visual assets (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields)
  • Specific experience on an Internal Communication team is a plus
  • Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone/language
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team and build relationships with different departments.
