About the role
- You will be part of the technology team responsible for evolving and maintaining ERP solutions for the automotive sector, serving dealerships, repair shops, and parts stores within a Fiscal/Accounting squad.
- We work with critical systems involving work order management, inventory, billing, after-sales, tax bookkeeping and reporting, and integrations with manufacturers and partners.
- Understand the requirements specified by the Business Areas (Fiscal/Accounting) to create test scenarios.
- Maintain the release schedule, ensuring clear communication between development, QA, and operations teams.
- Validate quality criteria before releasing versions into production.
- Monitor and control the execution of test plans and integrated validations.
- Manage risks and incidents related to deliveries, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Document the release process by creating checklists, reports, and quality metrics.
- Work together with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
- Support teams in the continuous improvement of delivery and versioning processes.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Quality Analyst / QA and/or Release Manager
- Experience managing versions and deployments in complex environments
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and diverse stakeholders
- Analytical and communicative profile with a strong focus on problem solving
- Knowledge of legal tax rules and accounting concepts, e.g., generation of bookkeeping/SPEDs/reimbursements, issuance of NFe and NFSe
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira
- Experience in automation of functional and regression testing
