About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and action items
Coordinate activities across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales
Schedule meetings and keep projects on track
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
Coordinate customer onboarding, training, integrations, and go-live readiness
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates
Support continuous improvement of implementation processes and documentation
Manage customer communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, including project updates, training communications, release announcements, and other customer-facing communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of project management or implementation experience
Experience implementing healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health solutions
Experience working with healthcare organizations, including health systems, provider groups, and health plans, is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Asana
Ability to travel up to 30%
