Director of Marketing Operations, Technology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the marketing operations and technology function
- Partner with Account Management to translate client goals into campaign architectures
- Collaborate with the CTO and Product Team on the next evolution of our stack
- Own HubSpot (CRM, marketing, sales, reporting) end-to-end
- Serve as a client-facing partner alongside Account Management
- Hire, coach, and develop the marketing operations team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years in marketing operations working across CDP, CRM, and email/SMS platforms
- 2+ years leading a team, directly or indirectly
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the marketing tech stack
- Strong strategic instincts paired with the ability to interpret client needs
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus
- Building products / multi-channel, multi-audience industry experience is a nice-to-have.
