About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interpret English phone conversations into Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and vice versa, in real time
Work 5 working days per week with 2 days off
Work 9 hours per day, consisting of 8 working hours and a 1-hour break
Work rotational shifts and weekends, with most shifts at night and overnight
Attend and pass 3 weeks of paid training to retain the role
Collect a company-issued desktop computer from the company premises

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluency in Moroccan Arabic (Darija) — spoken
Fluency in English — spoken, minimum B2 (CEFR) level
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and professionalism
Access to a quiet room and stable wired internet at home
Work from home anywhere within the UAE
No prior interpretation experience or certification is required
