About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Junior Technical Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our CTO and take a central role in troubleshooting technical issues related to our product.
You will act as the interface between Customer Success, customers, and Engineering.
You will analyze and resolve technical tickets from the Customer Success team (e.g., bugs, data issues, logic questions).
You will independently dive into existing codebases and identify root causes of technical problems.
You will actively communicate with Customer Success and customers to understand requirements and explain solutions clearly.
You will assist with feature adjustments and technical optimizations of our platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have the drive and desire to solve technical problems independently.
You have programming experience (e.g., through studies, projects, or internships).
Ideally experienced with Ruby (on Rails), JS frontend frameworks (such as Angular), RESTful APIs, and SQL databases (such as Postgres).
You are a strong communicator and can explain technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., customers, Customer Success).
You are analytically strong and approach problems in a structured way.
You are highly self-motivated and enjoy working independently.
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
As a working student, you are available 15–20 hours per week, or you are available in a full-time role.
