About the role

  • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the first point of contact for new prospects and are responsible for qualifying and triaging all leads
  • You will learn the software and understand its use cases
  • Handling and qualifying inbound leads (e.g., demo requests, website leads)
  • Proactive outbound outreach to relevant target customers (e.g., LinkedIn, email)
  • Conducting online initial calls to analyze the current situation and needs
  • Independently managing and closing discovery-only prospects including short, tailored demos
  • Structured qualification of software, accelerator, and managed-service leads
  • Handover of qualified leads including summary and recommendation to Giannis (Head of Sales)
  • Scheduling and coordinating next steps in the sales process
  • Active follow-up of open leads and conversations
  • Careful maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM
  • Feeding back market and lead insights to Sales and Marketing

Requirements

  • Initial experience with sales, business development, or customer communication
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • High self-motivation and enjoyment of independent work
  • Comfortable in a startup environment with fast decisions, low bureaucracy, and high personal responsibility
  • You take accountability for your tasks and drive them forward responsibly and consistently
  • Interest in software, SaaS, and influencer marketing
  • Very good German, spoken and written
  • Good English for collaborating with international customers
