About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Retention & Expansion: Take ownership of your territory to drive renewal engagement and identify strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Operational Excellence: Monitor account health triggers, product usage dashboards, and support cases to proactively reach out to customers with relevant content
- Strategic Negotiations: Partner with CS, Marketing, and Legal teams to prepare for and execute complex contract negotiations and renewals
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast with clear next steps; track all activities in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Catalyst
- Product Expertise: Become a specialist in LinkSquares’ offerings to effectively align our solutions with customer needs and growth goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of proven experience handling and negotiating renewals, upsells, and cross-sells in a high-performance SaaS environment
- Ability to build strategic relationships at various levels, both internally and externally
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong.io, Outreach, and Catalyst (or similar CRM/CS tools)
- Must be highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of working to strict targets and deadlines.
